Simply contact My Conciergerie by calling (+230) 203 8888, via the mobile app or send an email ([email protected]) to book your access.

My Conciergerie will liaise with the hotel to confirm access, upon availability.

Once your booking is confirmed, you will get access to the hotel upon presentation of your ID card and your MCB Private Banking World Debit Card at the entrance.

 

No access shall be provided to M Customers on the following events:

• During Christmas period (20th December to 6th January)

• During Easter Holidays and Whenever the Hotels shall host private events.
